Elena Gomelski is a licensed lawyer who specializes in the field of medical insurance issues. Elena has a Bachelor of Law LL.B. and passed her exams in the Israel Bar Association. Ms. Gomelski graduated from Tel Aviv University in health disability and received her attorney’s license in 2012. 

Elena was born and raised in Ukraine. In 2001, at the age of 17, she repatriated to Israel on her own for ideological reasons. She started her career in law working for a legal company specializing in international commercial law. Working there, Elena dealt with complex agreements, real estate operations, furnished legal assistance to companies and businesses from their inception.

 To continue her career, Elena joined a team of professional lawyers who conducted cases for major insurance companies of Israel. While in that position, Elena conducted hundreds of injury insurance cases and property damage cases. During that time, Elena gained considerable experience in the above-mentioned fields of law both from the plaintiff’s and defendant’s side. 

In 2016 Elena Gomelski started her own law practice and began representing the interests of individuals who brought insurance claims, as well as the National Insurance Institute or medical institutions of Israel and other authorities.

Ms. Gomelski takes part in court sessions and tribunals every day across the country and gives lectures on medical malpractice in different academic institutions. Elena also helps to promote cases on retirees’ rights and the rights of the disabled people as well as volunteers in nursing homes.
