Attorney Elena Gomelskaya (hereinafter referred to as the Website Owner) operates the website at https://gomelski-adv.co.il/ and all its subdomains (hereinafter referred to as the Website) and does everything in their power to maintain the confidentiality of website visitors (hereinafter referred to as User/Users).

The Website Owner hereby publishes the privacy policy on the website and commits to strictly adhere to it.

The purpose of this publication is to clarify to users the provisions of the website owner’s rules regarding the confidentiality of website users’ data, as well as how the website owner intends to use the information transmitted by users or collected by the website owner in the process of using the website.

While using the website, users knowingly provide the following information (hereinafter referred to as Personal Information):

  • Phone Number;
  • Other information provided in the inquiry submitted through the form on the Website.

 

This information is provided by users to the website owner by filling out the feedback form available on the website.

The provided information will not be disclosed, transferred to third parties, stored in the database of the website owner, and used strictly within the owner’s company. Exceptions are cases specified in section 4 of this Privacy Policy.

In addition to the mentioned information, the website owner may store information that does not contain personal data about website users, such as information about the pages and sections of the website visited by users, the time of the visit, and other similar information collected and processed automatically, associated with the software tools used for the website operation, and technical in nature.

According to the Privacy Protection Act of 5741/1981, every person has the right to access information collected about them in a particular database. After reviewing such information and finding that it is inaccurate, incomplete, or not up-to-date, the user may contact the database (website) owner to correct this information or delete it entirely or partially.

Furthermore, if the stored database information is used for personal communication with the user, according to the Privacy Protection Act of 5741/1981, the user has the right to request in writing to delete information about them from the database.

A user who filled out the feedback form on the website can withdraw their consent to the use of personal data by the website owner at any time by sending an appropriate request by email to: elenag.adv@gmail.com.

The website owner is obliged to correct or delete information about the user entirely or partially within 72 hours from the receipt of the corresponding notification, without the right to copy or archive the respective data.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

The website owner has the right to change the privacy policy on the website at any time. Changes take effect from the moment of publication on the website, unless otherwise specified in the privacy policy itself.
